"People start to heal the moment they feel heard."

Your most important relationship is with yourself.

I believe that the capacity for resilience is inherent in all of us, and that you are much more capable and complex than just the symptoms or systems that brought you here.

My approach to the therapeutic process is relational, collaborative, and leaned-in. I’m not simply curious about what you want to experience less of (helplessness, anger, emptiness), I also hope to discover what you want to see more of (gratitude, joy, hope). I am dedicated to making the human experience both constructive and meaningful for my clients by creating a warm therapeutic environment in which you can experience growth, empowerment, and support.

People find healing when they feel heard. That is my goal in sitting with clients - to move towards healing by hearing your stories, strifes, and successes. My hope is to join my clients in achieving meaningful and deep healing, identifying resources for continued growth, and developing secure attachments in your relationships. I am passionate about working with individuals and families of all ages who are processing life transitions, identity, relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, and mood disorders.

Fully Affirming.

I am strongly queer-affirming and work with adults and adolescents of all orientations and genders.
